🗳️ Who’s Voting?

  • Only Democratic voters have contested races and should participate.

  • Republican, independent, and unaffiliated voters do not need to vote in the primary.

  • Contested Democratic aldermanic races are in Wards 1, 3, 4, and 6. However . . . 👇

  • All Democrats should vote because there’s a contested mayoral race on the ballot.

🏫 Where to Vote (7 AM – 8 PM)

You must vote at your assigned polling place:

  • Ward 1: City Hall

  • Ward 2: Michael E. Busch Library

  • Ward 3: Mt. Olive Community Life Center

  • Ward 4: American Legion Post #141

  • Ward 5: Pip Moyer Rec Center

  • Ward 6: Eastport Community Center

  • Ward 7: Eastport-Annapolis Neck Library

  • Ward 8: Eastport Volunteer Fire Hall

📬 Voting by Mail?

There have been USPS delays affecting:

  • Delivery of mail-in ballots to voters

  • Delivery of completed ballots to the Board of Elections

What to do:

  • If you requested a mail-in ballot and haven’t received it, vote in person.

  • If you get your ballot late, you may be asked to vote provisionally.

  • Use drop boxes at polling places or bring your completed ballot with you on Election Day.

📊 Results + Certification

  • Sept. 16: Only in-person votes will be reported on Election Night.

  • Sept. 23: Official canvass begins — includes mail-in, drop box, and provisional ballots.

  • Final certified results will follow and determine who moves on to the General Election on November 4.
