Thanks to the fantastic rom-com Wedding Crashers, everyone knows Crabcakes and Football is what Maryland does. We, however, would like to propose a temporary alternative.
March Madness and Choptank.
Even though UMDās men didnāt make the tournament, the women did. They face #7 seed Iowa State tonight. And we know just where to watch.

Seafood Pasta with Shrimp
Scallop Ceviche
Sea Bream
And much more (including non-seafood)
Grab a barstool to enjoy Marylandās famous seafood and the best basketball of the year. Didnāt make a bracket? Make a reservation for a table. With 20 draft beers, craft cocktails, and delicious food, The Choptank is our go-to spot for catching games, date night, or classy yet casual meals.

SPORTS
The Black Knights are heading to Annapolis this weekend for a doubleheader. And the Mids need a win like Sisyphus needs a back massage. Theyāve lost 9 of the last 10 games against Army over the past 2 years. Navy athletics insiders Pete Medhurst and Bill Wagner cover that and more (spring football & inconsistent lacrosse) on the latest edition of the Anchors Aweigh Podcast ā available wherever you listen to podcasts and WNAV 1430 AM every Saturday at 9 AM. Listen here.
Five Navy wrestlers are ready to rumble š¤¼
Part of the Navy wrestling team is in Kansas City, MO this weekend for the 93rd NCAA Wrestling Championships. The five Mids representing Navy are Josh Koderhandt, Andrew Cerniglia,Ā Danny Wask, David Key, and weighing in at a fearsome 285 pounds, Grady Griess.
Unfortunately, Cerniglia and Wask lost their opening bouts; Griess and Koderhant lost their second bouts. That leaves Key as the sole Navy wrestler still in the mix. Good luck, Key!
